Onlive set to change the way we play our games, but will it work?

Onlive claims to have sorted out the gaming sector and offer us “Powerful Gaming made easy”. The idea behind Onlive is that you never have to purchase another computer console to play the latest games again – music to the ears of every parent in the western world no doubt. Instead you use either an ‘entry level’ PC or MAC; or use the OnLive MicroConsole connected to your TV to play your games. Lost Finale – Forum Internet Searches On Google

Three Canonicalization Problems Fixed with .htaccess

Given the detrimental effect duplicate content can have on search engine rankings, it is surprising how common canonicalization issues are, even on major websites. Fortunately, however, many of these problems can be easily solved by appropriate use of redirects to enforce a single URL for each piece of unique content. Google UK SERPs update from Matt Cutts

google-logoHaving been blessed by scorching sunshine over the past week in Lanzarote, I returned home last night to find that Matt Cutts had delivered yet another Google Webmaster entry that discusses the state of Google’s UK SERPs. Back in June 2009 there was a major shake up in the Google UK that saw the inclusion of non relevant foreign websites that were ranking ahead of UK specific website. The timing of the video could not have been any better, considering only last week I noticed a number of strange results in the Movies sector..
